Wir hatten uns spontan zu einem Wellnesswochenende hier entschieden. Das Hotel an sich ist schön modern renoviert. Uns persönlich ist der Schwimmbadbereich zu klein die Zimmer waren schön groß und sehr sauber tolle Badezimmer einzig und allein die Kopfkissen sind viel zu dünn und stützen gar nichts.

Unser Zimmer war leider sehr dunkel, so dass die Wohlfühla**osphäre etwas gefehlt hat. Der Poolanlage fehlt leider ganz das Tageslicht. Das Hotel selbst ist verwinkelt verfügt über einige Treppen. Zu loben ist das ausgezeichnete Essen in sehr schönen Gasträumen. Frühstück ist auch hervorragend.

Sehr schöne Lage, extrem freundliches Personal, einfach das perfekte Hofel für einen erholsamen Urlaub! Danke an das Hotel Ritter! :) Der Spabereich ist zwar auf den ersten Blick etwas verwirrend aber sehr schön, ruhig und sauber. Immer gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Hotel mit hohem Anspruch udn übberwiegend auch hoher Qualität; wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und konnten den Kurz-Urlaub genießen. Restaurant qualitativ sehr hochwertig, leider relativ lange Wartezeiten und das kompetente, freundliche Servicepersonal war einfach kapazitätsmässig überfordert. Bar hat definitiv Room for improvement" - Besetzung, Aufmerksamkeit, Wartezeit, .... das geht besser. Roomservice war mehrfach nicht angemessen; wurde nach Reklamation korrigiert .... Rezeption und allgemeines Ambiente hat uns gutgefallen. In summe und trotz der kleinen Abstriche empfehlenswert - auch für die definitiv gehobene Preisklasse!

Nous avons passé une nuit à l'hôtel Ritter, c'était parfait. La seule chose négative, c'est la climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas. Nous avons eu 23 degrés dans la chambre, ce qui nous a poussé à dormir la fenêtre ouverte, nous avaons donc été réveillé par les voitures le matin. Autrement, le reste est parfait.

Gebucht, einige Tage später, kurz vor Reiseantritt, Mail das der SPA Bereich an meinem Aufenthaltstag teilweise geschlossen ist. Mein Anruf: inkompetentes Personal legt während des Gesprächs den Hörer auf. Angebot: nutzen Sie den SPA Bereich doch am Anreise bzw. Abreisetag ... Entschuldigung kam nach 2. Telefonat mit Angebot eines Zimmerupgrades. Ist okay, aber gleich mit Aufforderung das bis... zu bestätigen. Anreise am runden Geburtstag, Rezeptionist gratuliert, Einladung zum Eistee. Anderes Hotel am gleichen Tag , keine 4 Sterne, gratulierte mit Kleinem Geschenk und Einladung zum Sekt . Beim Frühstück nur noch Körnerbrötchen, auf Nachfrage: waren schon viele zum Frühstück da gibts nicht mehr... Temparturen im gesamten Hotel sehr kalt. Wohlfühlmoment haben wir nicht gehabt! Positiv sind einige überdachte und kostenlose Aussenparkplätze

Habe schöne 3 Tage im Hotel Ritter Durbach genossen. Der Wellnessbereich ist gemütlich und weitläufig, das Essen ist ausgezeichnet. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Service in der Gastronomie, dieser ist zu jeder Zeit sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Auch die Azubis zeigen sich von ihrer besten Seite.
