I would give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the noise. The location is great, the staff was friendly, the room spacious, comfortable and clean. The windows were excellent for blocking street noise, that wasn’t the issue. It’s the hallway and other rooms that are the issue. It didn’t help that there were some truly loud guests while we were there. Would still recommend as I did love the room.

- Accueil se fait dans un autre établissement tout près. Accueil correct, poli mais pas sympathique. - Accès par l’arrière du bâtiment par un passage lugubre et peu propre (sacs poubelle, pavés retirés, tuyaux de travaux, ..). + Chambre propre et de bons matériaux. - Rideaux défaits - SDB: peu de pression à la douchette, pas de vitre alors éclaboussures partout, sinon assis dans la baignoire pour prendre une douche!!! - Encore des gobelets en plastique, des produits sous emballages individuels en plastique - Lit pas refait pour la deuxième nuit -

Week-end très reposant à Durbuy, le personnel est charmant et à l’écoute de leurs clients, intentionnés et chaleureux, ce qui a rendu notre week-end très agréable ! Merci aux personnels de cuisine d’avoir pris le temps de faire la panade à notre fils, tout était parfait ! Merci et à bientôt ☺️ Je recommande fortement pour un week-end en famille ou en couple !

Check in is at a different hotel around the corner, location is central but very noisy, booked two beds yet this hotel only has single beds. No shower curtain in the bathroom so water goes everywhere !

Wij hadden kamer nr 1. Voor de prijs van bijna 150 euro, kamer heel klein, donker en muf. Tapijt vies en vuil. Poetsvrouw had net gedaan met de kamer te poetsen. Geen stofzuiger te bespeuren. Vuilzakjes van de vuilnisbakken op de kamers lagen zo los op de grond in de hal. Zowel boven als op de beneden verdieping. Nooit meer.... Ontbijt was wel lekker...

Het appartement was totaal niet zoals de foto's doen vermoeden! Onverzorgd, geurhinder in badkamer en slaapkamer, zelfs geen gordijnen in de ene slaapkamer, zeer vuile keuken, oven en microgolf met oude etensresten, tapijt vol vlekken, schimmel alom, echt onaanvaardbaar! Hadden geboekt voor 2 nachten, direct beleefd gemeld maar ze konden/wilden niets doen, receptie in bijhorend hotel (Victoria) gesloten om 18u en niemand meer bereikbaar. Na de eerste nacht smorgens terug ons ongenoegen beleefd geuit maar de melding gekregen ' u moet maar ergens anders gaan, wij hebben uw creditkaartgegevens en dit is voor ons voldoende'. Direct werd door de verantwoordelijken onze boeking via Booking gewijzigd zonder ons weten! Hebben 1 nacht betaald en vertrokken naar ander hotel in de buurt. Ongehoord, onbeschoft en totaal niet professioneel! Een absolute afrader!
