Une très bonne équipe à nos petits soins pendant tout le séjour. Un déjeuner hyper complet, le choix est large il y en a pour tous les goûts. En parlant de goût, les repas du soir étaient un vrai délice, de la vraie gastronomie, bravo au chef. Et la piscine c'est toujours un plaisir pour se détendre. Bref un hotel avec de nombreux services et une équipe très conviviale.

Super service ! Personnel très agréable, à l’écoute et familial et la qualité des repas est top! Tout est fait maison et le petit déjeuner est très complet! Sans parler de la piscine intérieur très bien décorée ( pas d’odeur de chlore à l’intérieur)

Très belle étape lors d’une balade vélo avec une piscine agréable. Personnel accueillant et sympathique. On recommande pour ceux et celles qui souhaiteraient faire une étape dans la région de Durbuy. On y reviendra probablement entre amis ou en famille.

Het ontbijt was erg lekker en uitgebreid. Vele opties met zelfs rijstpap met bruine suiker. Erg lekker brood, kraakverse croissantjes, zelfgemaakte confituur en vers fruit. Het zwembad was proper en aangenaam van temperatuur (het was wel een erg warme week). De bedden waren aangenaam; goeie matras en 2 heerlijke kussens per persoon: een stevige en een zachte. De aanwezigheid van een badjas en slippers waren een pluspunt. Enorm vriendelijke mensen. Koffie en thee op de kamer en koelkastje was ook fijn. Er was airco op elke kamer. Minpunten · De tijd was een beetje blijven stilstaan, het meubilair was verouderd. De kamers alsook de Japanse tuin kunnen wel wat liefde en aandacht krijgen. Kamer 17 had een onfrisse geur door het zwembad en ook slechte wifi-verbinding. Maar het was wel proper en netjes en dat was het belangrijkste.

Pool und Restaurant sind hübsch, haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Die ‘asiatischen Bungalows’ sind spartanisch ausgestattet, alt und voller Spinnen, aus unserem Zimmer habe ich 11 Spinnen entfernt, aus dem der Kinder gezählte 23(!!!) - da war das Toilettenfensterchen einen Spalt offen. Die dazu passenden Spinnennetze waren natürlich auch praktisch überall (Zimmerecken, über den Vorhangschienen, unter den Betten und Stühlen,…) Ausserdem war es eiskalt (bei einer Außentemperatur von 13 Grad, im Zimmer etwa 15-18?) Mein Mann hat gefroren und das heißt schon was… Personal war nett aber teilweise inkompetent, wusste zB nicht, dass das Restaurant zu Mittag geschlossen ist (oder hat uns nicht verstanden? Wir sprechen fließend englisch.) Papierdünne Wände. Positiv: Adventure Valley zu Fuß erreichbar.

Zeer leuk verlengd weekend gehad, lekker gegeten, veel gezwommen in het mooie tropisch zwembad, perfect om tot rust te komen... Zeer klantvriendelijke bediening... Ligt dichtbij vele bezienswaardig heden, leuke uitstappen gedaan.... Wij komen zeker terug.... Dhr&mvr Vanooteghem Thierry en Monika

Très bof bof pour notre part nous avons trouvé la nuit beaucoup trop chère pour ce que c’était désolée mais comparé à de meilleurs hôtels que nous avions fait qui était moins cher et beaucoup plus agréable avec des tas d’installation à utiliser sans payer en plus chez tropical hôtel pour le prix qu’on paye on peut même pas utiliser le sauna !!! Il faut payer 20€ en plus par personne par 15min si je me souviens bien bref nous ne reviendrons pas malheureusement.
