To start a great day, there's nothing like breakfast where Laurence takes care of her customers with a bright smile in the morning and great care. Upon arrival in Durbuy we had dinner in the restaurant. We opted for the game menu which was super tasty, the staff was also very friendly and highly recommended if you are in Durbuy or near Durbuy. It was great... .

Restaurant only Refusal to serve us for no reason despite our requests for cards... Excessive slowness, too much work with the 3 tables or simply no need to work... Not even a hello or of course a goodbye! Ashamed...

Visited this hotel restaurant several times a year to have a drink, something to eat or breakfast. Always very satisfied. Went there for breakfast in October with 6 adults and an 18-month-old toddler for 15 EUR/adult. Went for breakfast again last week with 3 adults and the same toddler, now 20 months old. (17 EUR/adult) Breakfast buffet is highly recommended and the owner was very friendly but ... now suddenly an extra 8 euros had to be paid for the toddler who ate 1 mini croissant and drank NOTHING. (brought their own water) This is just milking / chasing away tourists / regular customers! SCANDALOUS !!!

We stayed at the hotel this first weekend in December, the room was perfect, ultra clean, the meals at the hotel restaurant were super rich and of very good quality, the staff very competent, extremely kind, we will return!

Great place if you like your mussels and fries without fries; that you are forgotten for the starter and that you have to claim your dish; that we sweep almost under your feet while you are still eating (it was already 9:50 p.m.)... and pay an e bill (complete, she) to a waiter who looks at you in a disdainful, even contemptuous way.

Warm welcome, very correct and friendly staff. The rooms are very neat and pleasant, nice functional bathroom. Coffee and tea in the room. Price/quality top notch. Highly recommended. The food in the restaurant is also very tasty and the service is quick. The prices are also very reasonable.

Food mediocre. Service very unprofessional. And not customer friendly. Forgot to deliver the starter. Price quality time is not right! It's a very nice village, but I would go for another option when it comes to food!

We were there for a short visit and a small snack. The waffles mikado and Nutella were good. The drinks are rather on the expensive side. The service is friendly and efficient. It is a clean place with a neat interior. The toilets were clean.
