Room booked was infested with bees. They were in the walls and on both main bed and kids bed. Killed a total of 6 and there were still more. Asked management to correct and was provided with another room at it was too late when we checked in. My sons are allergic to bees so this was a bigger deal. My room rate was not adjusted for the downgrade in room. My sons bed in alternate room did not have sheets or pillows. There were not enough towels for son. Receptionist was rude when asked to correct. Will contact credit card company for partial payment refund

Nous voila en week end de noces a durbuy. Le guest house a repondu a nos attentes. Chambre pleine de charme, confortable et spacieuse. Le personnel est tres gentil et serviable. Que du bonheur. Situation au top !

Zeer onvriendelijk personeel. Veel geluidsoverlast van de onderliggende horecazaak. Een constant gepiep op de gang. Geen aanrader… Het ontbijt was gemiddeld, eigenlijk te duur voor wat het was. Kortom het was te duur voor de kwaliteit die we gekregen hebben.

Chambre correcte mais restaurant cher et de moindre qualité. La cheffe de salle n'est pas aimable et le reste de l'équipe n'est pas qualifiée. Plats sans saveur. Dommage à ce prix. Petit déjeuner correct même si les œufs étaient beaucoup trop cuits.
