The hotel overall was clean. The beds however were terrible. We cut our stay from 2 days to 2. Very uncomfortable.

The bistro for food was not open and it wasn’t the next morning- no coffe, etc. the guests in the room next to us kept us awake all night with their loud tv and loud talking - all night - we should have called the front desk but we didn’t so that part was our fault

I am a long time Marriott member) The 3 of us arrived having requested a room with 2 queen beds. We were given a room with one bed and a pull out and when we opened the pull out, it was disgusing with crumbs and an plastic knife. Plus no bedding. We asked for a different room and the person on the desk apologized and also gracioulsly offered us breakfast. When we came back to the room on our second day, we were shocked that the room had not been made up and there were no new towels. We asked about why the room was not made up and we were told we had to request it. The person who checked us in never told us. I have not been at a Marriott that did not clean rooms daily unless the guest opted out. The room was cold throughout and we could not warm it up. It was one of my worst Marriott experiences and not up to Marriott standrds.

The property management promised to refund my points because I chose not to stay at their location & cancelled my reservation. They then claimed they knew nothing about me or my situation. I’ve escalated the issue and have spoken and emailed with many Marriott personnel. I will be diligent in leaving negative reviews until the issue is resolved. This is not how Platinum Elite customers should be treated.

When we encountered a problem in our room the front desk quickly gave us an alternative room and also breakfast vouchers. That was nice. Still, the prices at the breakfast bistro were crazy high. $24 for two cups of luke warm coffee that did not taste like Starbucks and a fruit cup and a yogurt and fruit parfait. The second room was nice and very comfortable. There was a lot of perfume or air scent in the halls and lobby.
