From the check in to the check out, everything and everyone was exceptional. I was here for stressful medical visits and the staff made me smile with their friendliness and caring. Great asset to this business!

This hotel is central to Duke hospital and the eye surgery building. Lots of restaurants with in walking distance. I was there for eye surgery. Stayed 2 nights. hotel was clean and quiet. Staff was very helpful, friendly and professional

Staff were top notch! The hotel was very clean. We have stayed here many times and we have never been disappointed. It is so convenient to the hospital and cancer center. They do have a shuttle that will take you over to Duke hospital and any other facility in that’s area.

I was super impressed at the room set up and how clean it was! I was there for on campus days for school and the desk in the room was perfect for me to work. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I have all ready booked here for my next on campus days!

We stayed at the lodge to be able to be close to my gravely ill uncle. It was within walking distance to Duke Hospital which was great. The room was clean and staff were wonderful! One in particular was exceptional! Cassandra went above and beyond to make us happy. She loves her job and it shows! So great full she was there. She brighten our day! I highly recommend the lodge for the staff, room and distance to Duke Hospital! 10 out of 10!!

AC and lights near head of bed did not work. Didn’t find out until I unpacked. Told front desk when we departed.

Smell of musty mold smell in hall and room. Mold was in the sink overflow trap. Hall was never vacuumed the 3 days there. Bathroom had constant smell of sewer. We have folks with Cancer and other issues, they do not need to be subject to these problems.
