Smell of musty mold smell in hall and room. Mold was in the sink overflow trap. Hall was never vacuumed the 3 days there. Bathroom had constant smell of sewer. We have folks with Cancer and other issues, they do not need to be subject to these problems.

Staff was very nice, lobby was very clean, beds were very comfortable. The two issues were with the restroom. The had 1 to 2 inches of wax around it clearly covering issues and making it feel like a motel. More importantly, there was a sour smell like rotten eggs in our restroom and the air conditioner sounded like an overloaded washing machine. Overall, this was pretty good and I’m hoping that it was just our room that had the issues. The hotel was sold out for the week. I was there so I didn’t bother complaining as I figured there was nothing they could do.

We normally stay for appoin**ents at Duke Clinic. The staff is wonderful but the rooms are dusty and shower isn't always the cleanest.

Was greeted with grace and a smile. Everyone acted like they loved their jobs and was treated like we were family. Clean rooms, bathrooms, lobby. I couldn’t ask for more.

Was in town for one night for school function. Staff far exceeded my expectation. Friendly, warm and helpful. Rooms have everything you need. Place was clean and stocked. Rooms do have a little wear here and there. For the price it was well worth it. If you are looking a fair price on a good room you have found it. If you need 5 start resort you might want to fork out a lot more somewhere else. I will be booking this place on my next visit to the area.

Very easy to walk to Duke. All of the staff are very kind and warm and accommodating. I would highly recommend the stay here, but especially if you are having procedures done at Duke University Hospital.

Nothing to complain about. The room served its purpose. I just needed somewhere to shower and rest. My father had surgery and that chair beside the hospital bed is so uncomfortable so i snuck out during the day to shower and rest.

The parking lot was a little small but overall excellent place and super convenient. Will definitely be there again.
