Hotel was great very quiet neighborhood front counter help was excellent. They fixed a noise complaint from people upstairs partying quickly. Only complaint i have is the heater/ac unit was extremely noisy i unplugged it and all was good

Had to stop because of bicycle mechanical while travelling along the trail. Staff was friendly and allowed bicycles to be brought inside during the stay.

Hallway smelt like stale cigarettes.
The bed was very comfortable but was not a true queen size. More like a full.. Could have used 2 cups instead of the one provided amd soap as well.

This is our go-to spot when visiting Canastota. It is clean and quiet, and newly renovated. We have always had a good experience here.

Front desk staff was very helpful. I left an item behind and the morning front desk person went to check the room. I am must appreciative.
Bed was nice; pillow was weird.
