The hotel was beautiful and very clean. Sarah checked us in and was very kind and professional. All of the staff we encountered was very nice and respectful. The room was clean and comfy. The shuttle to the ****** was very punctual and the drivers were very nice and personable!

Had to call shuttle 3 times to get picked up, it’s a 1 minute drive from ****** to hotel and waited 40 minutes. But the worst part was the room was infested with ants

Coming off the highway you have to pay attention because there is no big entrance sign to get in. I missed it and had to turn around.
The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was great. I figured out later the bathroom plug was not working and the lotion was too low to pump any out. Very minor things that would not stop me from staying again.
The bed was super comfy. The tv was a good size. The ambient light behind the headboard was cool you could turn on or off. Another cool thing was the TV had a screen saver personalized welcome which was also cool. We did not stay for breakfast but it smelled delicious.
I would definitely stay again if I am in the area.

We felt the property itself was very clean and still in “new” condition. However repeated nights of 3am wake ups from drunk and rowdy ****** in the front door kept us up and without sleep. If you can request a higher floor it may help limit some of the noise.
