Look like budget hotel but turn out to be a classy hotel. No breakfast ready. But there is in house coffee stall.

i like the food from signature kitchen at rivertel. room delivery very fast. the room is very clean. stay for 1 night with my wife.

Room was okay, comfortable enough.
Ample parking space, receptionist was helpful. I love their iced latte, nice one, can be purchase at their lobby. So far, the best hotel in teluk intan.

Return to this hotel after few years and am glad that they still maintain the cleanliness (superb) and the friendliness of the staff regardless who. The rooms and the hotels are exactly how it's being pictured in the website. So happened that some part of Teluk Intan was black out yday night but the hotel's personnel kept trying to ensure the hotel guests feels comfortable waiting at the lobby. I blv some of the staff stays back to ensure the guests able to take the lift up to their rooms smoothly after the lights are back. Good job guys!
