Super Unterkunft. Von A-Z hat alles geklappt. Eine tolle Unterkunft mit Kindern. Am Abend war es ab 22.00 uhr sehr ruhig im Hof und auch mit offenen Fenstern lässt es sich so gut schlafen. Das Frühstück war zum Geniessen in einem schönen Saal. Allgemein ist diese Jugendherberge wunderschön eingerichtet. Das Museum ist top und mit Kindern sehr gut machbar. Es gibt ein Rätselspass, basteln, Truhen öffnen, Schatzkisten und vieles mehr. Es lohnt sich dieses Museum zu besuchen. Diese Unterkunft ist nur zum Empfehlen

We did stay from Dec 31st, 2022 to Jan 1st, 2023 in two rooms on the third floor. Everything was clean and neat. Modern rooms with enough space and a large bath. Comfortable beds and all well maintained. Check-in and check-out were fast and all service personnel was very very friendly and helpful. On top free entrance to the Formula-1 museum and the large impressive Aquarium on the lower floor with restaurant. There is plenty of parking space too so altogether a great and relaxing stay. PROS - Modern clean rooms with comfortable beds and reading lights. - Fast and easy route to the centre via the bus (free to guests!) - Black out blinds - Two bed apartment was very spacious - Laundry facilities (washer and dryer, 2 francs each) were really helpful, and clearly signposted - Parking including reasonably fast electric car charging - Concierge was available, helpful and very friendly. CONS - The air con was very slow even when turned up to the highest setting, and rooms were hot. Windows don’t open. - The breakfast was abysmal value. No fruit selection (just the usual bulk-bought fruit salad; it doesn’t cost much to put some apples and seasonal fruit in a bowl to choose from!). The scrambled eggs were rated inedible by the whole family. No baguette or whole loaves to slice, just large individual rolls and some white sliced processed bread.

Best hotel and excellent staff loved their hospitality, Mini Bar service and Breakfast menu. Fresh Smoked Salmon and Croissant was always my Favorite. Also City pass, Welcome drinks and Internet service was just perfect. Me and my family had a real good time

I was business here for a night. Modern new rooms. All very clean and clean. Breakfast is very good and the staff very nice. The motorway is not far away and it has a shopping centre with pizzaria in the building

This amazing discovery is the perfect hotel to relax, & unwind, I never feel like leaving and stay for one more amazing meal in the restaurant, the staff are friendly, courteous, & do that little bit more to calm the morning, (my second visit), I’m going back again soon. I wish they could get a covered in electric high speed recharge station.

Great hotel location superb, 3 mins from Railway Station, 5 mins from Town centre. Hotel overlooks the river Aare with superb views of the Jura Mountains. Modern hotel with great rooms, my only (very small) suggestion for an improvement would be Aircon a bit cooler, but I just like very cold bedrooms, so possibly that's just me. Breakfast was great with a huge choice of freshly cooked food and cold platters, staff friendly and professional.
