The staff's friendliness added to the warmth of the stay. My only suggestion would be to offer a wider variety of saunas for an even more tailored spa experience. Tip: Don't miss the chance to indulge in the spa treatments – they're the perfect way to enhance your relaxation. And if you're a food enthusiast, be sure to explore the culinary offerings with an open palate – each dish is a true work of art. E ‘ senza dubbio il miglior hotel di Durazzo. Un 5 stelle sicuramente per la struttura ma non per i servizi. Tranne alcuni casi il personale non è adeguato ad un 5 stelle , in alcuni casi scocciati ed infastiditi da una tua richiesta. Gli aspetti che andrebbero migliorati(oltre una migliore qualificazione del personale a mio avviso sono le seguenti: - eliminare l’odore di cucinato che dalla cucina a vista sale sui piani delle camere; - realizzare una rampa per i portatori di handicap limitrofa la gradinata di ingresso; - abbiamo utilizzato la SpA su prenotazione e il bagno turco e la sauna erano spenti; - non possiede un servizio di transfer da e per l’aeroporto è per la spiaggia ( ci si è dovuto appoggiare al sevizio taxi cittadino ma con tempi di attesa non inferiori a 20 minuti anche perché la struttura è distante da centro di Durazzo e nelle vicinanze dell’hotel non c’è praticamente nulla. Un 5 stelle è anche questo!

La habitación era excepcional pero el servicio un timo. Dicen que tienen masajes y te los cancelan 1h antes, nos dijeron que la botella de mohet era gratis como regalo de la casa y al irnos nos hicieron pagar 160euros extras. Una estafa total pues todos los servicios que dicen tener son externos

Une très belle surprise pour cet hôtel de haut standing, tarif abordable pour un établissement très haut de gamme. Chambre magnifique et très bien équipée, piscine privée pour l'hôtel ( black swimming pool) agréable, petit déjeuner délicieux. Le seul bémol le restaurant à améliorer niveau quantité.

Struttura bellissima con camere e bagni molto grandi e all’altezza delle stelle. Due piscine esterne con comodi lettini e gazebo in abbondanza e teli bagno forniti gratuitamente. SPA compresa nel prezzo e privata per coppia (da prenotare). Colazione ottima. Servizio alla reception ottimale. Wi-fi velocissimo ovunque. Da migliorare la frequenza della pulizia nelle piscine con rimozione dei teli abbandonati e delle bevande terminate. Nella piscina “scura” non si può mangiare a bordo vasca, ma solo nell’altra. La pulizia delle scale interne non era ottimale. È lontano dal mare, bisogna per forza prendere le macchina. Lontano anche dal centro, circa 20 minuti di macchina.
