酒店接待在大樓14樓（一樓沒有大堂），晚上到達酒店發現有房間異味，告訴前台，酒店比較重視並給予房間升級，還比較好。

1.酒店服務人員態度差；2.停車收費，訂酒店入住前説停車免費，停一晚結果要自費出停車費，打電話問酒店處理，打幾個電話沒給客户處理，還把客户手機號拉黑，真的噁心。
