Nice hotel with complete facilities and excellent service attitude! The downside is that there is no heating in the room!

以五星標準，環境普普通通，在杜尚別明顯有溢價。可能當地國際品牌酒店不多。服務態度很一般，早上航班落地，十點到酒店。前台經理冷冷的公事公辦地説跟我説房間是有的，不過現在入住要額外90美金，聽上去很不舒服。最終寄存行李外出轉轉在回來。出租車到達離開，都沒有人幫忙裝行李。房間兩次停電，保險箱也壞了，雖然都及時派了人來修好，但感覺還是不好

The hotel has excellent Asian restaurants and is considered one of the best in Dushanbe. It also has great breakfast and good service. Although this hotel is old, big parts of it have been renovated. It has reasonable size rooms that have been upgraded to a great decor.

Thanks to Farrukh, bartender of the very comfortable bar of the lobby for hosting us. We enjoyed a perfect cappuccino! It was a very hot day in Dushanbe and the break at noon was the best thing to do. Perfect service, very kind and professional!

Loved this hotel! We'd been staying in 3-star hotels (I'm not complaining - all were fine!) while traveling around several of the 'stans and when we got to the Hilton in Dushanbe it was like landing in paradise. The rooms were large, the bed very comfortable (still firm but every other one we had on this trip was rock hard), the bathroom large and plenty of water pressure - enough to enjoy the wonderful rainfall shower. Everything spotlessly clean. We couldn't get the heat to come on - maybe by May it's set for A/C only. A space heater was delivered that perfectly warmed up the room. (just as an aside it was a very modern space heater that looked more like a flat screen monitor, was only a few inches deep) We had one dinner in the restaurant and it was delish. The breakfast buffet was very large with plenty to choose from and made-to-order eggs. I'm sorry we didn't have time to check out the indoor pool & sauna - they both look lovely. Next time! The hotel is in a nice area downtown. I'm not sure why the picture on this page shows a Hilton standing alone in a grassy area with mountains behind it -- this hotel is downtown surrounded by other tall buildings. I would definitely recommend and would return if in Dushanbe again.

Our room was large and clean with a comfortable bed, safe, and fridge. It was the only hotel in Central Asia that I encountered having an explicit "green" policy to save on laundry. Well done! Unfortunately, the A/C did not work well and the WiFi connection was weak. The breakfast buffet was delightful and service there friendly and efficient.

The spa of this hotel became my favourite place to be. It brings me peace and joy. Also they got the most respectful and warmhearted working staff. I noticed one person that is different from other workers is the man called Ismoil. Every time I see him, he got his hands doing something. Here I am gonna leave some photos of him.
