Ctrip only communicated with the hotel in a formal manner. In the future, please do not book for many consecutive days. The location is great and easy access to anywhere. It’s just 5 mins walk to Königsallee shopping area and also not far from Messe Düsseldorf exhibition centre. Will be back again.

I always stay here when I visit Düsseldorf. Nice location but not that many amenities. Breakfast is really great for the price but the check in is so slow.
