Overall the hotel is not bad but it's not even that great and not to be recommended (do not be fooled by the pictures of the building)The building is nice but the room. at least the one we got, was pretty old; the bathroom was stained as if it wasn't properly cleaned for years.
If you don't have breakfast, you cannot even have a coffee in the morning and if you could, it would cost you 4.50 euro. Water is also super expensive, around 4.30 euro for a small bottle. To go back in the evening, you have to pass by the train station and it's not the best area in the city. Definitely not a place to recommend since there are better ones, at the same price, closest to the city centre.

The hotel offers great value for money. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the city center and only a few minutes from the underground. The atmosphere is welcoming, with polite and helpful reception staff. The hotel has nice views, good amenities, and the rooms are spacious, well-organized, and comfortable. I’ll definitely visit again.

Very good location. 8 mins walk from the central station. The room is very clean but some of the amenities maybe old but still a decent deal for the price.

Good hygiene that was up to standards. There was a working airconditioning and a good blowdryer. The location was okay since it’s close to the places we wanted to visit, but if you want to go to Little Tokyo or Altstadt you have to pass the train station, which feels shady and unsafe at night. I also missed toothpaste and slippers in the room. Overall I had a nice experience!

The facilities and infrastructure are new and nice. Except that we asked for room cleaning service from the reception, but the room was not cleaned when we were back, and no good reason for that.
Also there was a bug, maybe cockroach, in the bathroom. Not very pleasant to see it.
But in general it was nice, the reception staff was very nice.
