The hotel overall was excellent. First, it's very close to the train station, within walking distance, and just one metro stop away. The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly, the facilities are new, and everything was spotlessly clean. It was a fantastic stay.

Facilities: Cleanliness is good, but the facilities are a bit old, which is acceptable. Hygienics: 100% satisfied. Environment: It's okay. The parking lot is right behind the hotel, but I didn't see a subway station nearby. Service: The front desk staff were very enthusiastic, and there were many bread options for breakfast.

Facilities: Very complete, plenty of power outlets which is super convenient, and the shower with hot and cold water works perfectly. Cleanliness: Very clean. The lobby has high ceilings and they offer complimentary fruit and drinks. Environment: Excellent. The decor is new and stylish, very comfortable. I'm very satisfied. Service: Check-in was quick. The WiFi works well, though I initially got confused about the username and password – it's 'no' for username and 'wifi' for password, I thought I had to enter my name. Location: It's about 900 meters from the German DB train station. It’s not super close if you're hauling luggage, but it's significantly better than the hotels right near the train station. It's very comfortable and incredibly quiet. As soon as you step into the hotel, your mood instantly brightens.

I was only planning to stay for one night, but I was so satisfied with everything that I extended my stay for an additional three nights. Sometimes you have to check out and then check back in when extending, but I was able to keep the same room, which was great. The cozy garden behind the hotel was also a nice touch. It's a pleasant 10-minute walk to the central station, making it both convenient and comfortable. Plus, there are two train stations within a minute's walk of the hotel, making it easy to get around. All the staff are friendly too. If I come back to Düsseldorf, I'll definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very clean, and the room was excellent in all aspects. The service was great too. The air conditioning worked well, which is a plus for summer stays. The only minor downside is that it's a bit far from the train station.

The location is very convenient, right by the subway exit. It's about a 10-minute walk to the main train station. On my first day, there was no hot water in my room, and the air conditioning in the first room I was given was broken. I later had to switch rooms.

Nice hotel and a perfect location! Close to the station and lots of restaurants.
