Great location, excellent service, and top value for money!
We had a very pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Express Dusseldorf - City North.
The location is particularly fantastic: the quiet S-Bahn station (S11) is only about 500 meters away and offers excellent connections to Düsseldorf Airport.
The hotel was super clean, the breakfast was abundant, and both check-in and check-out went smoothly. The price-performance ratio is absolutely top-notch – we'd love to come back!

Out of all the hotels we stayed at during our 10-day trip in Europe, this one was the most comfortable, the cheapest, had the best restaurant, and the most polite staff. There's free parking near the hotel, as well as paid options, and the hotel clearly explained the pros and cons of both. After getting our room cards, the lovely lady at reception personally escorted us to the elevator, explaining how to use the card and select our floor.
What truly adds value: a free ice machine, and for breakfast, they offer free hot drinks with complimentary paper cups to take away – I've never encountered this at any other hotel, even as a Ctrip V6 member.
I highly recommend your hotel!

The hotel service was great, and the room was neat and clean, though a bit small. The surrounding commercial area is convenient, making travel easy. Overall, the service was good, and I'd choose this hotel again next time.

Yes, I've stayed at this hotel many times before and usually never had any issues. This time, however, it wasn't so good, more details below! If it's better next year, I'd happily return. Unfortunately, I couldn't have breakfast for three days because there was nothing left at the breakfast buffet, and they couldn't prepare anything within the next 20 minutes. Eggs, in general, were almost always out. In the room, the toilet brush was completely filthy. The sink was torn, and the mirror in the bathroom was also broken.

The hotel breakfast was decent, and it was very convenient to catch buses and other transportation right outside. There's a McDonald's nearby that was still open past midnight. It's not in the city center, but getting in and out is easy, and it's very quiet. The male front desk staff member who checked me in was also very nice.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Express. The location is excellent, and the atmosphere inside the hotel is comfortable and welcoming.
One suggestion for improvement would be to add a small entertainment area, such as board games or family-friendly activities. This would make the hotel even more enjoyable for guests traveling with children.
Another valuable addition would be an airport shuttle service. Although Düsseldorf Airport is quite close, taking a taxi from the hotel was surprisingly expensive for such a short distance. A shuttle taxi service would be a great convenience for guests and would further improve the overall experience.
Even it was I wasn’t told about it
Thank you for the excellent hospitality. I would be happy to stay here again.

The hotel is very good. It's clean, and the room has air conditioning, ironing facilities, and an electric kettle. The breakfast is quite varied, with plenty of everything. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the city center.
