A comfortable and cozy small hotel in a very convenient location next to a streetcar stop. It is about 15 minutes by bus from the airport and also about fifteen minutes directly on the streetcar to the downtown so it is easy to get anywhere. There are several restaurants and a small market across the street and several supermarkets and many more restaurants and shops in walking distance. The staff were friendly and speak English. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size. A small bathroom and the main disadvantage no air conditioning but the room was pretty comfortable with the small fan they provide. The breakfast was great with many choices. The WiFi worked well and the tv had a few English and foreign channels. A good value for money and a good location if you like to see a normal neighborhood but convenient to get around. I would stay again.

One advice to all the Travelers who are heading in to this hotel just be careful as you will not find a room or even they will give you a total different room than the one you have paid for! We arrived late and we have already shared our arrival time with the hotel , i have booked a twin room which at the time was more expensive than the double room ( by the way double rooms are smaller than twin rooms) and we have paid more and when we arrived we had a small double bed 😬 it will not accomodate a big lad like my cousin let alone myself! I have already asked for the highest floor they got and guess what they gave me the first floor 😟😟 The guy at the reception told us that the hotel is full and that's the only room left! he was apologetic however it was pointless as it was really late at night and we had to go somewhere else and leave this hotel. As a frequent I do not trust this hotel , just imagine you book in advance and then you arrive and there's no rooms or they will give you something different because it is cheaper than the one you have paid for Ps: I have previously read one of the trip Advisor reviews and that was one who exactly experienced the same experience as me.

Tiny and Cozy, But Great Staff and Location
The room was much smaller than the pictures suggest. The bathroom was tiny as well. Despite that, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Ideal location.

Not the best hotel. Would not stay here again.
I travel a lot for business and Germany is not short of decent hotels but this one was lacking severely. Other than a lot of negative issues I found, the three worse ones were:
1) EVERY room is woken up by the stench of fried eggs and bacon from 5am. This was the same for my colleagues in different rooms on different floors. The vents are all connected and the breakfast buffet smell leers in. This also brings the heat from the cooking so regardless of the winter temperature, you have to open your window wide at 5am to flush the smell and heat in order to go back to sleep.
2) Shower drain was blocked and meant you were swimming when using it. I asked 3x times over 3x days for it to be sorted and they always promised it would until the last complaint where I expressed just how upsetting this was.
3) The front doors have a gap at the bottom meaning you can hear other guests easily. Not the most pleasant thing when people return from a night out and are loud.
