We had a 2 night 3 day stay. The room was well equipped and clean. The beds were not made the next day. Coffee for the kettle not refilled and towels not changed. Additionally, the central air conditioning was very cold at 25 degree settings.

No heating in the room, no telephone to call reception...and, supposedly, accessories available at reception on call...we go downstairs and there is none...we are disappointed

We are still very satisfied.
We were kindly given a quieter room at our request (the first room was directly opposite the elevator, so we have had bad experiences in other hotels)
My husband also got a second pillow upon request.

Hotel near with train and bus station which is easy to reach to dusseldorf centre station and dusseldorf city. The room also very clean and nice
