Empfang und Zimmer sind super.
Allerdings finde ich es ziemlich unmöglich, wenn morgens in aller Früh das Zimmer-Reinungspersonal lautstark auf dem Gang rumbrüllt! Zudem hatte ich das Gefühl, es wurde extra vor der Tür gelärmt, damit ich das Zimmer schneller verlasse. Um 9 Uhr bin ich dann gegangen.
Ich habe das Hotel gewählt um dort nach einer Veranstaltung zu schlafen. In anderen Hotels ist das auch möglich und warum fast eine Stunde draußen lautstarke Unterhaltung vom Reinigungspersonal stattfindet, kann ich nicht nachvollziehen.

The hotel was nice with a good lobby. The staff was really friendly. There was only one thing that went wrong with the booking. On ******* it was mentioned that we would get standard rooms (2 persons), when we arrived they said a standard is a single person room, so there is some misalignment between the information on ******* and the hotel. The staff was very helpful and was still able to get us a 2 persons room.

Am a big fan of the Motel One chain and have stayed in same across a number of different cities. Dusseldorf was no different to most insofar as rooms were clean and comfortable even if minimal. The staff and service was relatively good and the bar area was perfect to relax in after a long day of walking / sightseeing. I am a huge fan of the simple food and drink menu on offer - its ideal! The hotel is literally 2 mins walk from the Hauptbanhof and about the same distance by tram if you needed. We found ourselves walking down to the Old Town/shopping district (10-15 mins approx) but again there are both trams and underground services very nearby. There is also parking on site if coming by car.
