So I wouldn't call it a hotel and certainly not a 4 star. It seems that they technically did everything to be called 4 stars without being worthy of 4 stars. I would define it as an office building of (not fancy) origin where instead of offices there are bedrooms.
The gym and sauna looked gielo pushed them with force only to be considered to have them. The atmosphere in the building is not that of a hotel.
The only good thing there is the breakfast and the view from it.
The rooms with comfortable beds and relatively clean but not properly maintained, for example, during our stay, the shower faucet exploded in the middle of the shower, so it caused us a lot of sorrow and a very unpleasant experience.
There are no sitting sofas in this place just to rest or relax. You can go up to the restaurant/bar on the 16th floor and sit there, but then you feel like someone who comes to the restaurant and doesn't buy anything, which is a feeling of shame.
And their cancellation fee is 90% of the order, so you can't cancel after I realized that I fell into a sting.

Расположение в 30 минутах пешком от центра.
В номере нет капсульной кофемашины, странно для такого уровня отеля. В ванной нет кондиционера для волос. Вообще отель тянет на хорошую трешку, но не более. Больше в нем не остановлюсь, дорого для такого уровня обслуживания.

Terrible experience with unlawful charging of my credit card security deposit. More specific I asked for the receptionist to add breakfast for the one of the two days I stayed there. She asked 50 euros for that and I paid her in cash. After I checked out, I noticed that only 13 euros of the 100 deposit were returned to my credit card. I asked explanation via emails and only then they send me an invoice which is included the breakfast that I had already paid in cash. I asked them to check the CCTV footage of the specific time I paid the receptionist with cash. No reply and after a few days I saw that they returned the 50 euros back to my account. No apologies, no explanation, just returned the money they unlawfully kept. Otherwise the hotel had nice view, it could be a nice experience but they ruined it, having to check why they stole you Poor explanation, poor communication, poor correspondence to their mistakes

Please don’t book this hotel , the stuff at the reception not helpful at all , the house keeping she didn’t even bothered to change my bed sheet which has dirt on it , the room was freezing and they refused to switch the heating on , 4 days in the cold , I just wanted to cry . Awful stay

The reason for the one star is as follows. The hotel placed €150 hold on my card when I checked in. I checked out on Sunday 3rd August, they advised at reception the money would be back in my account that day. I contacted them the following day by phone and was told it could take 7 days. I phoned again during the week and was told the same. Yesterday I called again and was told I had to email the pay department (email address provided was for reception) as they could not release my funds. They also ask that I supply them my card details in the email, I refused and they said the last 4 digits if I wanted to but did not have to. They have my card details from check-in so I did not feel it necessary to put them in an email. I emailed the address they gave, plus one I found online and the complaints team. As of today 12th August I have had no refund and no response to my emails. The bank cannot do anything until they release the hold. This is shocking customer service unlawfully withholding my money. The hotel itself was nice, quiet and clean. Slightly out of city centre but not a problem walking down the river or a short taxi. If it had not been for the withholding of my funds I would have given 4 stars.
