Ein kleines und familiär geführtes Hotel in Oberkasse. Positiv: Besitzer & Sohn super freundlich, ordentliches Frühstücksbüffet, nette A**osphäre. Zimmer nach hinten absolut ruhig. Negativ: das Bad war wirklich sehr eng. Aber gut, für ein bis zwei Näcte geht das auch.

Hatte den Aufenthalt für meine Eltern gebucht. Verstopfter Abfluss im Waschbecken, der Grund waren diverse Hinterlassenschaften offenbar zahlreicher Vormieter, siehe Foto. Darauf hingewiesen, erwiderte die Hotel-Angestellte, dass "sowas eben manchmal vorkomme". Klar, aber nicht in einem Hotel! Nicht in einem Zimmer, das pro Nacht für diese Zustände unfassbare 135 Euro kostet. Auf die Antwort der Hotel-Leitung auf meine Frage, wie wir uns denn bei dem Preis bei so schlechter Leistung einigen könnten, warte ich seit zwei Tagen. Großes Unwohlsein.

Das kleine Hotel in Oberkassel in Düsseldorf ist persönlich geführt und sehr ordentlich. Gepflegte Zimmer. Kleines aber ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffet. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sind nicht wirklich groß , aber völlig ausreichen. Gerne komme ich wieder
