The location was nice and the room was clean.
Customer service can be improved.(Booked the room 2 days ahead. We checked-in at night, unfortunately,when we went to the room the designated room was either occupied or not yet cleaned. So we went back to the reception and informed them about the situation. Unfortunately, the initial response from two of the receptionists at that time was for us to wait till the following day for the room to be cleaned.Good thing that another receptionist gave us another room.

The room is quite big and clean. The price/performance ratio is very high. 300+ RMB per night is really worth it! There are many delicious foods in Düsseldorf. It is a very pleasant town. Overall, I am very satisfied! I will choose this hotel next time I come to Düsseldorf.

It’s my first time writing a review, in my opinion, the hotel is too good to be true. Very good value for the price. 10 mins away walking from the train station. I don’t think it’s so far from the city center. For me it’s walkable distance. (By Uber is around 8eur to the city center) Everything in our room is clean and comfy! I recommended ;)

I was surprised at how stylish the interior and furniture were.
The rooms were also spacious.
I walked there from Central Station.
It was further away than I thought it would be to walk from Central Station.
There is a large park in front of the hotel.
There is also a subway station halfway through this large park. (D-Handelszentrum/Moskauer Str.). I used this station when walking around town.
This hotel is also close to the airport, and it took 30 minutes on the S11 train from Central Station. I'm glad I chose this hotel, and I'd like to come again.
