Not a friendly hotel.
I found my trip schedule changed and asked for early check out 2 days before , but they refused for returning one night room fee which is 120+ euro ,
One boy in Reception said yes it is possible to early check out and ask me make money return from trip app.
Service people in trip app did helped with negotiating.
It comes out hotel don't wanna return money to me.
So hotel keep the room resold and get double payment from another guest ????
Generally not happy with hotel attitudes 🙄 😒 😑 🙃 😕 😐 🙄 😒 😑 🙃 😕 😐 🙄 😒 😑 🙃 😕

優點是離火車站真的超級近，如果需要德鐵出行很方便
缺點是整體房間比較一般、沒有客房服務、很多東西不提供例如礦泉水、拖鞋等等，跟國內的三星都沒法比

房間對於出差的人來説空間還可以，尤其是我們二位住一間，但是房間裏的淋浴房不封閉也沒有簾子，感覺很不方便，再有就是房間裏的杯子和勺子都沒有洗乾淨的，對於檔次不低的酒店來説，我感覺很詫異的。
但是總體來説，如果想離火車站進，逛街方便，這裡是不二的選擇
