Lovely apartments. Good Ac. Not very childfriendly. My son, 6 years, got up in extra bed and it broke, look at the pictures, he’s a tiny kid. He got so scared :( and now Helvetia Suites is keeping our deposit 150€. I feel so surprised and sad. They will fix the bed on their own (it’s easy to fix) and charge us 150 €. They have no bookings and tried to say they couldn’t let someone live in the apartment because of the bed. Scam de luxe. We travel a lot and this is the first time we have such a bad experience. Not a very nice area. No reception - so it was a bit of a pickle to get in. Had to give my creditcard number by text message for the deposit :( The cleaning not very good. We found a watch - hope the owner will get it back (attached a picture) and had to to was the glas and cups before we used them.

Great apartment with amazing bathroom and bed and 2 spaces for us to both work at laptops. The only thing that is important to be aware with this apartment is it up 4 levels (8 flights of stairs), and there is no lift. It was fine for us, but for people with mobility/health challenges it might be tough going. We were out of breath on the first day, but got better and fitter over the stay ;)

In Ordnung mit kleinen Macken. Wir waren eine Nacht in der Suite 3a oben unter dem Dach. Pro: + zentrale Lage in Düsseldorf fussläufig zur Kö und Altstadt +bezahlbar +überwiegend neu und stilvoll eingerichtet +kontaktloser Check in reibungslos +Wasserkocher und Tee und Kühlschrank vorhanden +Rolladen an einem der beiden Fenster + schönes holzparkett contra: - abgewohntes Bett -Fön total versifft- lauter Autoverkehr sogar ganz oben schwer zu schlafen

Nice apartment, clean and spacious, nice amenities, well placed but... we never met anyone and no elevator! This is the big downside with 2 suitcases with 3 floors to climb! Too bad it's the only problem we encountered!
