We booked 3 rooms, for a staggering price of 200 euro per room per night. 600+ euro for the booking. 1 room was quiet the other room close to the street a bit more noisy. 1 room was close to the breakfast but we woke up early. Rooms were spacious but could get updated. Most annoying when I checkin the guy at the reception told me that we still had to pay. The family member who made the booking wasn't there. So then I paid on the 8th of October. 650 euro. Later we found out on the 6th *********** took the same amount and somehow the hotel deducted 650 on 11th and send it back to our creditcard. So we still paid one time too much. We now have to call almost everyday to get our money back. I just received an e-mail from the hotel with receipts that I paid with my bankcard and that they send the money back 1 time. Somehow I am unable to make clear that we paid twice with the creditcard. Also, I have to communicate in English. Its not very professional how this is going. Hope they send us the money back soon.

The hotel was so central. Lovely breakfast for just 5 euros. The rooms were lovely and clean and cleaned everyday. The hotel could be noisy as there was a night club downstairs. I would stay here again as it was so central.

It’s so central to everything, I actually really liked it, staff are lovely, I was in a single room and it was clean and comfortable, only downside was the heating seemed to be only put on for a while in the evening so it was a bit chilly when i went back to the room after I got a bit wet going sightseeing , I did ask one of the staff was there a way of putting it on but she didn’t understand me, I would definitely come back though

------- This review is for room 419 (I can't say anything about the other rooms). We arrived around 6 pm. We had booked a Classic Twin room (a room with 2 separate beds according to the photos on the website). We got a room where: - There was a wall between the individual beds so you couldn't see each other - it smelled of cigarette smoke (there was an ashtray dish in a closet) - the curtains were broken and only half covered the windows - the emergency exit was blocked with steps and all kinds of unclear stuff - the floor had not or barely been vacuumed - at least one socket was not working, had no cover plate; other electrics were put together with tape - no bedside lamps - the lock on the door didn't work - the drain of the shower did not go through, so you were up to your ankles in water - the temperature of the shower water continuously alternated between cold and warm - the tissue holder contained approx. 3 tissues that were no longer replenished - the TV was not working; after some searching it turned out that a cable had fallen behind a cupboard; the connection could be restored after some sl
