Good stay in Jacksonville for medical reasons at Mayo. Very comfortable room. Really liked the shower, much safer for me than tub

Room was good size. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great. Parking was easy and it was in a good location. We would definitely stay there again if we are ever back in Jacksonville Beach.

There was something dried on the dresser. Like glue or clear nail polish someone spilled before we used the room. Other than that everyone was friendly and everything was good. We would definitely stay again.

I was surprised that we got no room service after day on of two ... but the hotel is clean and the beds are VERY comfortable
