Horrible place to stay. Room was small and freezing cold. The heating did not work and there was no hot water to be had for a shower or at the sink. When trying to find a member of staff for assistance, there was none to be had after ringing the bell several times. Stay at your peril. Miserable place to stay. Pay a bit more and stay in commfort.

This is a nice bed and breakfast in a good location. Easy parking outside and short walk for bus or train services. Breakfast offered an excellent selection and the host was very welcoming.

The bed in room 5 was extremely uncomfortable with burst springs and I found it impossible to sleep on it. This was a total let down given the rest of the property was clean and well presented.

Very welcoming and communicative host. Everything was well prepared for us. The host gave us useful information for things to do. We slept very well. We would recommend this guesthouse. When in Aberdeen, we will certainly book here again.
