I was not expecting much from the hotel we only booked in due to needing somewhere close to stay by Port Lympne, but I won’t be returning, the hotel all needs a bit of a refurbish rooms are a little dated and the pool/spa especially need a massive refresh tiles look mouldy and holes in walls everywhere, there was dust on our bedside tables plus the furniture in the bedrooms were also extremely dated

I went on an impromptu trip in early February. I didn’t expect that I booked the wrong time. I booked a month late. I repeatedly asked trip customer service to help me make a special application to the hotel to cancel the reservation. There was still more than a month before I could check in, but I didn’t expect it would be so big. The restaurant here is so merciless and refused to cancel many times, so I lost this reservation in vain. It’s very disrespectful to stand as a customer and I don’t recommend it!

Disappointed with the pool , dirty, no cups available for water, locks broken on doors . Floor slimmy. Room ok but dusty at the bottom of the tea station, fan not working in bathroom, Breakfast was terrible, orange juice was really watery and tasteless , plates too hot and no serviettes provided to hold , cereals were ok , no pastries very poor selection for the price , bread was cheap and soggy and when toasted burnt...yuk ! Too much pepper on the tomatoes , baked beans cheap and nasty , sausages were nice, bacon horrible and cooked in clumps so some were under cooked and some extremely crispy and salty. For the price of £17 a head , I think the breakfast was 1/5. lady staff member was very nice, polite and helpful 5/5. Sorry to say but we won't be back 😞
