I wish they could clean the pool that would be awesome and open fitness center other than that it was pretty good

I checked in first night and the room had a dirty towel left on from the last guest...also my tv didn't work. So I asked them to look at it 4x and no one came. It's been a terrible stay and would like a refund. Can someone from trip call me because I have pictures and everything and i shouldn't pay for something that is less comfortable than a car.

The staff was nice. The pool and hot tub were closed, due to maintenance apparently. I appreciated the continental breakfast. However, they were out of orange juice and the regular coffee was where the decaf was and hot water was where the coffee goes and there was 1 of the 2 milk dispensers was working.

The rooms are messy

The hotel is very old one day, the sheets, tables and curtains are all broken, and they are all dirty, it can be seen that they are stains for a long time. There is a large mirror next to the bed, which is a little strange. There was an indescribable smell in the room. There was a trash can in the living room, and I moved it to the toilet. It's not very soundproof, you can hear the music next door talking. But it's a lot of space and it's safe. The price is cheap. It is less than 2k RMB to temporarily book two rooms for two nights in the peak season, but the price is proportional to the room. If it weren't for the fact that the common partner had to find the cheapest one, I would not choose this one.
