The residence was clean with everything provided. Breakfast was provided every morning. It was great for family :)

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in or should be called an apartment. The living room, kitchen, and cloakroom are all very good. There are two big food supermarkets next to it. The breakfast is also great. There are also parks everywhere in Minnie. Go to the airport It is only 10 minutes away from downtown, very convenient! And the price is definitely not expensive!

I am a platinum elite member and I have to say this is the first time that I ever received a very nice little letter as well as extra pillows that has always been on my profile but never been provided before. The room was bigger than I expected, the couch and the desk were perfect for work. Would definitely stay here again. It’s located less than a mile from lots of restaurants and shops which were easy to walk to as well. A great hotel in a great location.

From asking to check in early, to request for room location - the front desk was helpful with all people that were working. Breakfast was good, pool area nice, and location is right by many great walking paths. Address location in Eagan puts you within 1/2 hour of almost all directions in the Cities. Quiet, clean rooms.

If you’re a Bonvoy member they don’t upgrade. I requested upgrades 3 separate times. I am finding the upgrade request can be very inconsistent in cities and locations. For example, residence in downtown Denver is regularly accommodating so I frequent that location often. Other than that, the hotel was very clean, the breakfast staff and housekeeping were top notch. a night staff even helped cook my pizza since I couldn’t get the upgrade. Good bed, good clean room and amenities. Was not a fan of the manager denying my upgrade request, Booo. :( To bad for me.
