Worst ever! Tiles falling off corner in the bathroom and was left there. Tub was dirty, sink was rusting and dirty. I was scared to use the towels. There was no shower curtains. Window screen was torn and the window was left open and there was flies and mosquitos. The carpet was sticky. It was just such an awful experience! The room smelled terrible. I couldn’t sleep the entire night.

Came by around 3:15pm no one was there to help waited almost 15minute before someone showed up to check me in also called earlier to se if I could check in a little early if the rooms were ready but was told there will be an additional 30$ for that.

It turns out this is not a safe area... But the worst was my refrigerator didn't work and I didn't get offered another room. The curtains wouldn't close, and the toilet was eco-friendly, which meant it kept running at odd times... In the night. Stay at one of the two other Extended Stays in the area!!

The staff was always friendly and kind. If you are loooking for a clean environment, then this is not for you. Nothing else after my next comment will matter. They have ROACHES, and know that they do. I checked out immediately after seeing it and then them. They barely take out the trash or do any housekeeping. This is not fair to take peoples hard earned money and screw them with an infestion to their property just so the hotel can make money. The entire building should be shut down and i recently heard that most of the Extened Stay hotels have ROACHES. SO SAD for an already run-down property.

The front desk staff, a young gentleman who shared he'd only been there a week - initially told me he couldn't check me in because the system was doing an update. I had called earlier in the day to notify that I was going to be a very late arrival and was told the message would be passed on. The young guy then told me that he didn't see my reservation, then he told me that he found me under the no show list. However, he was amazing at swiftly correcting the issue and getting me checked in. I appreciated his professionalism and assistance.

Room was dirty, no maintenance on staff or even on call. I had to fix the bathroom myself. There was hardly anyone at the front desk. The young woman in the evenings was the only competent person I met at this hotel.

The hotel was trash…. Rooms were dirty, broken amenities. Horrible smell from beds. I will never stay at an Extended Stay ever again.Worst hotel ever, Motel 6 has better facilities.
