Initial impression: Attractive lobby & guest room
Upon further review: Room was not as clean as it looked; cable TV was not working due to some kind of systems failure; at check-in we were not informed about how to use stove-top so we thought it didn't work (we later learned, at check-out, that there was a timer). A simple continental
breakfast would be a welcome addition.

Little was in the room in the way of utensils, pots and pans, etc for an extended stay. The staff said they will provide what is needed if asked. I thought the bedding would not be warm enough as the weather was getting cool (mid-Oct). The front desk individual was kind enough to bring 2 heavy blankets to our room. As it turned out,
they weren’t needed after all. Comfortable room- spacious.

Hotel is okay. Dated but only used for one night. Right off I70, so good location.
Floors were tacky for some reason and the heating/cooling unit was loud but overall okay for the money.

We only stayed for one night but the room was clean, quiet area, and staff was very friendly. Only thing we didn’t like was the Parking situation but nothing crazy!

Bed had 3 legs, light bulbs burned out, people living there had burned food so whole floor smelled. It was not great.

Walls were a bit thin, you could hear your neighbors, but not too bad. Check in was seamless I was able to get a room same night. Great staff

The rooms smell strongly from cleaning (sweet, lemony scent). I found a hair on my pillow. A light bulb was out in the bathroom. A/C unit was extremely loud.
Worst of all, my smoke alarm started chirping every 30 seconds at 11pm. When I called the from desk, they said Maintenance would be up to fix it. After waiting for 15 minutes, I called back down and they said they didn't have anyone on maintenance duty but they could put me in a new room. New room was fine.
