Very nice pool and spa area. Room was bigger than most hotels we’ve stayed at! Big refrigerator and a couch, separate kitchen sink and counter area! Really enjoyed our stay! Will stay there again, definitely!

This place is just okay. I don’t think it’s worth the price we paid ($197 for a one night two queen bed room). The room was mostly clean but the walls could use some attention as there were scuff marks and dirt on them. Bed was comfortable, it was okay for just a one night stay but I don’t think I would return again. The pool and hot tub were decent.

When we checked in, they tried to put us in another room because we said we had animals. After checking out the new room, saw that it was much worse than the one we had booked. They put us back in the room we booked, which was much nicer, but still many things were broken or not “nice”
Sink would not turn off all the way, wash cloth hanger in shower was covered in band-aid caulk and broken, outlet and light switches were yellowed…etc.
There were also no available outlets next to the bed, so couldn’t plug anything in to charge. The beds and towels were not changed in the 4 days we spent there.
The staff were very friendly, but we will not be staying there again.

Staff was great very accommodating for my crew and myself. Plug ins in the back parking lot for ambulance and block heaters. Breakfast was good, pool hot tub open 24hrs. Made sure we always had what we needed. We stay there every time we go up.

The staff did not say hello. They just looked at us till I started talking. It was kind of awkward. Lots of people in the lobby just hanging out. The lady told us the pool hours kids till 10 and adults 24 hours. She didn’t seem to be a big fan of kids. She had a guy next to her that literally just sat there slouching in his office staring in another direction. She also told us the breakfast hours which was all good. She also told us the best way to get to our room. The was very helpful. Also there was a man outside the main entrance in his shorts with no shirt or shoes on smoking. I said hello but he just looked at us. It is winter and it was dark and cold out 32 degrees. Kids and I both thought that was super weird. The whole lobby smelled like smoke I am assuming because he was so close to the doors smoking.
