there is no hairdryer in the room ,I tried to call the service ,they said they will send to my room finally they didn't do anything ,no call no hairdryer.I have to call them again they replied they can't find it .and I require them send it my room next day.
However there is nothing I received the next day .

I have gotten this one for cheaper so I was a little disappointed in price. But with that being said, it is a good place to sleep and relax. The room was clean when you walked in and nothing looked disgusting.

We did not get to stay at this hotel because our reservation was canceled without notification. We had a one night stay with a park and fly and shuttle to the airport the next morning. Our reservation was canceled because the hotel was unable to offer the shuttle to the airport (reason not given). We supposedly had been contacted with a voice message to state the cancelation. No unknown numbers or voice messages were on my phone. The desk hostess stated that 4 other families wrre faced with the same experience, canceled reservations without notification. Of course, no rooms were left and we had to do a quick call around to find a room, which wasn't easy and more $$ since it was last minute.

We love this hotel & their staff whenever we want to go on vacation, we live in Branson, MO and like to only fly on Southwest. We drive to Saint Louis and always stay here and use thef Park & Stay package. They have a great complimentary 24 hour shuttle.

The front desk employees were friendly and helpful. The hotel is runed down and not very clean. The restaurant attached was SLOW and the staff was rude and messed up ALL of our ordered. Would not stay there again
