Die hard bills fan, family tradition to come once a year from Montreal with are two grown boys.Management mistakenly hade our Sunday night reservation to Monday.Hotel was empty charged us more the double.We hade the suite with two bedrooms (one king bed and other was a couch that supposedly could sleep two adults) the couch needs to be trown away as the springs are almost coming out.Our two boys went to sleep in the car.Since we arrived at 9pm and left at 5 am.We only spoke to the manager Sarah J.Vona on Tuesday.She was no help at all, had zero empathy and was even very arrogant.Telling us it’s not here probleme.Total disgrace and can’t believe that Hilton let’s someone like that represented them.On the bright side the Bills had a great game and we will be back again next year, just not at that hotel.
