Staff were extremely welcoming and very efficient. The room was nice; however, you could hear people stomping from above all through the night. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Very nice, one night stay during trip to Chicago. It feels like the hotel was built in the last five years or so. Modern lobby and room furnishings. Very clean. Nice size room with two Queens, a fridge and microwave. Bathroom was very nice with walk in shower and a sink with lots of counter / shelf space. Bonus features included multiple hooks for towels and a night light, which is always helpful! Swimming pool would be good for kids but not for laps. Fitness center was pretry well equipped including a stationary bike.

The rooms could have been cleaner. Specifically the bathroom and flat surfaces. The commode had urine build up at the back of the seat and the shower had pieces of hair everywhere. The plat surfaces had dried up candy and stick substance. I ended up wiping Everything fown with Clorox wipes.

Not the best. Night staff at the front desk was grumpy and condescending, the room they gave us had a window looking directly at the side of a building 6ft away, despite the hotel not being busy at all. The rooms are VERY tight. The bathroom door is barn door style, but the way they have it installed makes it so there are huge gaps between the door and the wall, allowing for ZERO privacy while doing your business. Such a weird place. Pool didn’t open until 9am. I’ll be in the area again and will not book a stay here again.
