We had a very quiet room with a view of the Traverse Bay. It was beautiful. Our room smelled lovely and clean. The bed was very comfortable! Our host at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was set up differently than we've ever experienced, but it was ok.

The room was clean, comfortable bed, nice big balcony. The staff was nice. It was convenient having a boxed breakfast delivered right to your door, but I missed having more of a variety at an actual breakfast station. The only real downside was how loud the hotel was. You heard everyone in the hallway, above you, at the ice maker, and elevator. And we were down the hallway a bit, not even right by the elevator and ice maker. Overall it was alright.

One of the best stays I’ve ever had I have zero complaints and that is rare! Staff is on point, facility is very nice. Comfortable linens and bed. I was upgraded to a room for Free. Even the coffee was amazing. We will be back!!!

Loved that it was adjacent to the beach, I myself think the pool could be colder but it was very nice. The breakfast was a nice touch as well.

It is a cute hotel. The rooms are very nice and the beds are comfortable. The pool is big and was very warm. The hot tub was just a tad bit hotter than the pool. The staff were nice. Cute little pantry for late night snacks but very pricey! I will definitely be staying here again.
