Always one of my favorite places to stay. The front desk staff is always welcoming. The room is clean.

Great location but no breakfast on weekday

The hotel has charged me repeatedly, and it has been 20 days now, but Ctrip has not solved it yet. I am so disappointed!!!

The room is very dim, no disposable slippers are provided, and there is only one set of toiletries in the triple room. I will not stay here again.

It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

Terrible is an understatement. Let's start with how dirty the rooms are... There was a used qtip on the floor under the sink. There were someone else's hair strands all over the bathroom, sink, towels... Gross! It looked like our room carpet has not been vacuumed in decades as we kept on seeing food particles all over. Elevators - there are 4, but they get stuck if there are more than 5 people in them or they reset as someone gets off and you have to rush to repress the numbers, otherwise you will be riding somewhere else. Oh and they also charge you $14 nightly to park your car... And that is after you have to shlepp your luggage down the stairs from whichever floor you are on, because the wait for the elevator is over an hour... Let me put it this way... This hotel is in major need of some tender love and care! So disappointing! Definitely not what you expect from Hilton.

The electrical room in every floor is very noisy and this noise is all night. We switched 4 rooms and same issue. The room is not clean and dirty and everything is dusty. The best thing in the hotel is the lobby area and the night time receptionist. She is very helpful and she tried to do everything to get me a room with no noise. I don’t know but Hilton is not as before. We will never book there again.

Hotel lobby is beautiful. The rest of it could use some updates. Our room had a thermostat, but it did not work. Temp was constantly reverted back to 69 overnight (it is February) and we were very cold. Not typically somebody at the front desk, had to wait around for somebody to come out of the back room they have. Toilets are SO loud, and so are the vent systems in the room.

The place had nice qualities that needed some updates. The heating system was not as warm as we would have liked.
