Hotel and room was overall clean and friendly hotel staffs.
The only complaint was the bed is overly soft, the mattress actually sinks in when u sit or lay on it, hopefully the ***agement can change the mattresses in the property

All good! No complaints. Location is okish, like every other delhi location. If you take the room facing the side of akshardham or swimming pool you should be good!

This is a very plush Holiday inn which we didn’t expect. Everything is great and there are plenty options for food. Security lift and all feels very secure. We enjoyed a nice break although it rained so we didn’t try the pool. But pricey for food which matches the hotel standard. Staff excellent. Everything immaculate.

The room, shower and service is on par with IHG standards and expectations. The hotel is also located close to the metro. However, to access the metro, you will need to walk by a bog/ swamp which doesn’t smell too good. Alternatively, just use taxi or tuk tuk for which there are ***y lined up on standby.

The hotel is close to the metro, which is a plus. But there is a river flowing nearby and it stank strongly in our room, although the windows were located on the other side. The rooms are rather outdated. Pts expensive restaurant, 2 coffees came out 9 bucks.
