Customer service was great. Room was clean. We booked this property trying to be economical but did not appreciate someone knocking on our door after 11pm and alarm clock from next room waking us up at 5:15am - and going off and on for over an hour. Walls were very thin, not soundproof. Next time we will pay the higher rate to hopefully have more considerate neighbors. For others looking to book this hotel we hope you have a better experience. That was a first for us, and acknowledge next time may be much better.

Bed Sheets were dirty, hairs, stains and mirror behind the bed had head marks on it. We complained to the front desk and were told they had no other rooms. We were given clean sheets that we had to change ourselves. Walls were dirty and paint was coming off. Strong air freshener was being used to mask the odoors. Breakfast was substandard. We had visited this place 2 years ago and it was beautiful and clean. New owners are not doing much to maintain it and you could appreciate that they were very understaffed.Staff was complaining as well.

Problems with toilet not working. After 2 failed attempts to fix, we were finally moved to a different room. This room was right outside laundry and ice machine which was noisy. Continental breakfast was horrible. Juice machine out of order. No fresh fruit. Very limited selection. Comfortable bed.

I think this is about as good as it gets in Jasper. It was good for the price. Seemed like there are some things that need to be updated. It was pretty humid in the room even with the air on. But the staff is what really made the visit. They’re all very welcoming.

Very clean and comfortable room. Very nice staff made my stay wonderful.Staff was always asking if everything was ok& if I needed anything.Was nice to wake up to a small breakfast and coffee.

Check in took a while (and we were the only ones there). Its a no smoking hotel, but smells like smoke just about everywhere. Our first room clearly had been smoked in and the smoke detector was beeping. The second did not smell of smoke, but the windows leaked air and squealed in the wind. Not a lot of choices in the area, but the B & Bs are probably better unless your budget says otherwise.
