Very clean with a comfortable bed! Kitchen area was adequate for creative cooking. The hot water was set to high; caution to anyone with kids. Can't beat the location - across from the beach and close to Shipwrecked restaurant (highly recommend). Driving distance to town and cape attractions.

This timeshare company is a scam. We were completely mislead and lied to during the sales presentation. They told us we could travel to destinations that are not even possible with their company. We have limited options of where we can go and yet they continue to collect fees from us. Do NOT attend one of their sales presentations. You will be manipulated and mislead!

Best of both worlds with both ocean and bay views. Lots of space and beautiful outdoor space as well! Nothing beats breakfast and coffee looking out at the bay! Super friendly staff and the heated indoor pool and hot tub were great in this colder weather!

Absolutely loved the quiet week we had. Although the weather was not in our favor, we were still able to get out and walk. Great restaurants nearby. Superb staff that attended to all our requests quickly!

Beautifully placed between inlet waters and the panoramic ocean before us ,was this beautiful oasis called Inn Season Resorts Surfside .Our one bedroom had two full baths ,a jacuzzi ,appliance kitchen and excellent access to all your needs.

Comfortable bed, clean room, one bedrooms have 2 bathrooms, we enjoyed the jacuzzi and cooking in the room. Limited counter space especially with the dish rack taking up about 1/3 of that limited space.
