Such a cute place to stay! We have stayed twice in the jacuzzi suite. Love the jacuzzi and warm fire place in the winter. Short drive downtown for shopping and right next to Blaum Brothers Distillery.

Beautiful hotel! Check-in was fast and front desk clerk was friendly. The room was clean and quiet. The free breakfast was good.

I wish there was some way to not sound like a broken record, this place is amazing and the only place we stay at in Galena. I love how personal and inclusive and yet still extremely professional that all the staff is. From the highest position through the most approachable positions. These people have become our friends and so important to our trip to Galena. We try to always include some time set aside to visit and catch up with them when they are available. These are super busy friends that have more than just us to accommodate which can make it a challenge but they are so worth it! I fear mentioning names and leaving anyone out so I will say it like this: from the head manager (both regional and general) to the front desk staff to the professionals that keep the rooms clean to the awesome drivers that taking us back and forth down town to the manager, cooks, bar tenders and staff in the restaurant : a big thank you, you all ROCK!!! We look forward to our next trip there.

Look no further for a clean, cozy, and convenient location in Galena! The staff is friendly and helpful, the shuttle rides to town were efficient, and the amenities are great. There is free buffet breakfast, tea service in the afternoons, coffee and tea available 24 hours, a very clean hot tub and pool, gym, as well as a wonderful spa and delicious attached Irish restaurant! The room was large and clean! The bed was comfortable and we loved the pillows. Our only suggestion is that the furniture in the room could have been more comfortable, but there are plenty of cozy sitting areas in the lobby :) We would absolutely stay here again.
