Le lobby était en processus de rénovation le 10 novembre 2022 pour un nouveau décor.
Nous avons eu une cc dans la section rénovée. Très bien et n'avons pas été incommodé par le bruit.

The description and photos of the hotel listed a hot tub, but there is no hot tub here. Disappointing to discover this after a 7 hour drive today.

Nous avons apprécié la chambre avec lit King , très vaste avec divan ! Frigo et cafetière Déjeuner fournis mais ordinaire, vous pouvez avoir du yogourt , muffin , omelette froide mais que voulez vous souvent comme ça des buffets! Nous avons aimé la propreté des lieux

I called to make a reservation and was told check in is at 4. I said since we were there for an evening wedding, is there a way to check in sooner since we have to travel to get there and then get ready for a wedding, the girl said yes and to call the night before to be sure. I called the night before and talked to a different lady and she confirmed that we could get into a room by 1pm. Great!! We drove 2 hours to get there by about 12:45 and I went in to let her know we were there and were promised a room for 1pm. The lady at the desk said no way, won't be ready until 3. WHAT?? She knew I wasn't happy and said they shouldn't have promised me that. Well...they did - but somehow found us a room. We get the the room which is to the left of the lobby on the first floor. The room is dated, dark, and the carpet is stained. The bathroom wasn't as clean as it should have been. Now it's 11:30pm that night, we're tired and ready to sleep and there are WILD parties going on all through the wing we were in well into the wee hours of the morning. Loud talking, laughter, doors slamming, people talking in the halls wandering room to room, bottles clanking. It was TERRIBLE! When we checked out I told the guy at the front desk about it and he said he wondered if the parties were going to be an issue. Really? How about DOING something about it?? I would never recommend this place.
