No hot water when I went to take a shower. Toilet would not flush properly. Desk staff said dismissively, “Sorry, it’s probably because a lot of people are showering at one time.” No offer of compensation. That guy’s colleague at the front desk said, “We’re down to one boiler.” safety, and comfort, of which hot water is a big component, are the basics of good hotel service. There is not good service here.

Despite being on 4th floor heard highway traffic all night. Breakfast no longer automatically included. Brown water came out of shower faucet when turned on. Clearly no one has vacuumed under the ottoman in some time.

The hotel is very run down: the hot water did not work, there was mold in the doorways where the carpet was coming up, the shower head was broken and only sprayed hard pulse or sprayed out the bottom all over the bathroom, the pool was dirty, hot tub drained, blood spots on the patio. We booked a room with a couch for my son and were given a room with a chair (they did accommodate with a rollaway bed).
They were fully booked. Staff was pleasant and helpful, but I won't be staying there next year in the current state of cleanliness/rundown facilities

Booked a King Bed for 2 nights and when I arrived they said they did not have one available after driving 7 hours and booked in advance!

We have stayed here before with no issues. This time the shuttle to the ****** never showed up and the highway traffic noise was loud. We were in room 348 facing the outdoor pool and highway.

All rooms are not created equal here: stay away from the rooms that are adjacent to the indoor pool area unless you enjoy children screaming/yelling at all hours of the day/evening. Also, these rooms are uncomfortably HOT. Also the showers need help. Warm water not hot water and the shower heads spray in 64 different directions.

Easy free parking for truck and 5th wheel camper. Easy access off I81-not a crazy busy exit
Front desk was exceptional, Olivia. Could use updates to facility and found card entry door ajar both ipon arrival and departure, which is concerning. Stayed on front side to avoid hearing I81 traffic. Good value for our one night stay

The saloon at this hotel was great; line dancing…who knew? However, the hotel was very dated and in desperate need of some basic upgrades. Stains on furniture, missing light fixture on the bed frame, bath fixtures that felt as if they were going to fall off, and some pretty old caulking to name a few. The location was great, right off the turnpike was ideal. I was here for a conference and once out of the room the hotel was much better.
