As I am asked for a review of the Heritage Hotel, I thought I usually just ignore this type of stuff, but I must say we were extremely happy with this choice. The obvious reason is is that it was close to our event at the dinner theater, however the room was perfect. The Bartender Sammy at the Loxley's lounge was great to say the least, and we wished we could have stayed another night or two, but it wasn't in our schedule, however we will be back! Please let them know they have a great staff!

Difficult to check in. Had to call just to find out where the check in desk was. It was on the second floor.

I didn't know I had to walk up two flights of steps to check in and check out.
I am still waiting for them to send me my final invoice. It is the last day of the month and I want to upload it.

Terrible customer service. My parents had to cancel their one night stay for a family event due to my dad experiencing some side effects from his cancer treatment. My dad spoke to Mike, one of the managers, who was extremely rude. My dad explained that he is a senior citizen and going through cancer treatment if they would be able to make any exceptions and get a refund for their stay. Mike responded with "Well you don't sound sick." Who says that??? I didn't know you had to "sound" a certain way to have cancer but according to Mike you do. It would have been fine if he would have went on to explain the hotels policy and inform my dad that no matter the circumstances they would not be able to grant a refund. Mike should be ashamed of himself and I hope he never has to go through something like my Dad is.

Older property undergoing some renovation but friendly and helpful staff. Nice area but not a modern facility to be clear for all travelers.
Overall would consider again given dining options, proximity to Giant supermarket, gas station, etc.
