The most wonderful vacation! Luxury all the way and SERVICE that you won’t find anywhere else. We were taken to our own private dock by boat upon arrival. Our room was set up with fresh guacamole, welcome drinks and they had made pillows with each of our 3 kids’ names monogrammed on them! Personal touches like this will not be forgotten. I have stayed in this hotel for approximately 5 times or more, my rate would be 8.5/10 considering the price, location, facilities and staff hospitality. This was the first time I got a room with a connnecting door. I didn’t like it when I found out that the door was not locked, though it couldn’t be opened from another room. The room was spotless most of the time. Then I was a bit disappointed when I found a small insect on the carpet.

Been here with friends and colleagues. Located at very near by Taman Mini Indonesia Indah and surrounded by some popular foods tenants and minimarket. Spacious room and furniture has been refurbished but still using the old chair so it doesn’t match. Limited variety of foods at breakfast, the taste and quality also so so. Need some improvement at public areas since this is old hotel and needs maintenance and more attention to details. Another thing was dark parking area at night and very limited security guart at the area . Thank you Santika Taman Mini.. Will comeback to this hotel oneday!

You may find this humble hotel serves a very nice hospitality. This hotel location is easy to reach. The receptionist promptly assists us on check in and out. The room is renovated, comfort, clean and spacious. Special touch in the room while you check in; the praying corner, the barcode for ordering room service, the welcoming arrangement (art towel, fruit, special printed welcoming note with guest picture). Love the view from the room. Food and beverages served in restaurant. The taste is so authentic homey Minang food and Chinese food – all tasty. You may find the various dishes. All Halal food and beverages. Love the bubur sumsum (rice flour porridge served with palm sugar), lontong sayur (rice cake with curry veggie soup). You will get lucky, when this hotel holds a special event, such as inviting the Indonesia Master Chef who live cooks in front of the guest. This hotel also has the masjid for pray, and 2 halls for meeting or special event.

Luxury apartment at a low price ... The place is strategic near the mall, the room is clean, complete with kitchen utensils ... facilities are also ok..
