I would like to express my appreciation for Hotel Fieris. Last August 2023, I was there for 2 weeks as a Dutchman to visit my partner in Jakarta who had become seriously ill and often had to go to the hospital close to the hotel. The staff helped my partner and me very well with everything. The stay was pleasant, the service good and the food tasty. This coming January 2024, I hope to stay at the hotel again together and have a nice time. I can highly recommend Hotel Fieris to everyone. Kind regards, Ad van der Sluiszen, The Netherlands

Comfortable modern rooms. Guest service manager Manda very helpful. Friendly staff specially front desk and restaurant. Great restaurant menu, room inclues buffet breakfast which was excellent by the way. I will definitely will go back to this hotel.

Restaurant was good including breakfast buffet. The room has thin walls, you can hear the next door and outside noise (Mosque prayers morning and night) and if theres an event upstairs. The room stinks with cigarette smoke mostly coming from the bathroom exhaust. The entire property smells cigarette smoke. No soap on sink. Stained bed sheets and very old linens. Only 2 pillows, have to pay for extra pillow and extra towels.

Well, thank God they listened my request to not put me in the corner room due too sh*tty wifi connection. To make things short, this review is 180° if compared to my previous scathing review. Too bad I didn't opted for the breakfast even though I'm having a proper staycation this time around. All in all, it's a good experience this time around.
