Great staff starting from the front with Miss Stacey. Conveniences like not whipping away plates and plastic cutlery so they can be used by dinner cost the hotel little but are very convenient

Just okay, I would say it's more like a college dorm. Also, it says in the room discription that there is a coffee maker in the room but there's not. Found it kind of irritating that the first thing I had to do every morning was go down to the lobby for a cup of coffee.

Being a Hilton brand and based on the pictures, we were expecting a higher quality Hotel. It was just OK, definitely not worth the premium price. Breakfast was below average. Pool was small and water not maintained. Room was all hard surfaces and small. Definitely alot of touched up pictures by the advertising team. Wouldnt recommend

The staff were extremely friendly and professional, the room and the total hotel were clean, bright and well maintained. The only issues I had were the pillows were to soft and the chair in the room was not really comfortable to sit and read and they are both personal issues and not a negative for the hotel
